1.    The Regular Participant (1) registration fee includes: single attendance of conference, one copy of symposium materials, CD, tea break, lunches and reception.

2.    The Student (2) registration fee includes: single attendance of conference, one copy of symposium materials, CD, tea break, lunches and reception. Students must submit a copy of Student ID Card to the Secretariat.

3.    The Accompanying (3) registration fee includes: tea break, lunches, and reception.

l   All participants are requested to register. For advance registration, please fill in the registration form and send it by mail to apcom2009@ntu.ed.tw or fax to +886-2-83695574. A confirmation letter will be sent to registrant within a week by E-mail after we receive the above grand total fee.

 l   The Registration fee may be paid by transferring account or credit card. Please make sure accounts payable to “SOCIETY OF MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS, TAIPEI CHAPTER”.

 l   Each registrant must register individually.
