l   All participants are requested to register. For advance registration, please fill in the registration form and send it by mail to apcom2009@ntu.ed.tw or fax to +886-2-83695574. A confirmation letter will be sent to registrant within a week by E-mail after we receive the above grand total fee.

 l   The Registration fee may be paid by transferring account or credit card. Please make sure accounts payable to “SOCIETY OF MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS, TAIPEI CHAPTER”.

 l   Each registrant must register individually.
